On behalf of the entire CrossFit Sabal Park coaching staff, we want to be the first to welcome YOU to the 2025 CrossFit Open.
Registration is now OPEN.
Each year, for three weeks, the entire gym comes together for our yearly dose of motivation, inspiration, firsts, and yes, a damn good time.
Whether you’ve just finished your Fundamentals Course or you’ve been here for a decade, we want you to participate.
Last year, Over 100 CFSP athletes signed up to participate and throwdown on our in-house intramural competition.
If you’re not sure what this is all about, talk with a coach or any of the all athletes who threw down last year. Or just sign up – we promise you won’t regret it.
Bring the hype, because this is going to be a damn good year at Sabal Park for the Open!

Workouts are released on Thursdays (starting February 27th) and we run the workouts in class all day on Fridays. Each week will have a special theme, and FOOD, you won’t want to miss.
Week of February 23rd – Open Week 1
Week of March 2nd – Open Week 2
Week of March 9th – Open Week 3
Going to be gone during the Open? Not here for a week? Sign up anyways. Your team needs you and there are many options to get the workout done!

We’re looking for a stellar team of volunteers to judge the Open workouts. Whether you’re already signed up for the Open and plan to compete or want to get involved in a different way, the judges MAKE the Open a huge success.
