I knew I had to do something to get my health and fitness in order. I had searched several “Boxes” and finally landed on CrossFit Sabal Park. I called Rich on the phone for a little intro and then later that evening stopped into the Box too see how it ran and the facilities. Needless to say I was very apprehensive about going into any CrossFit due to my size and not thinking that I could do CrossFit or that I was going to be judged or that there just wouldn’t be any support there. Well you can forget any notions of them not wanting to help and they really do their best to make it feel as if you’ve been coming to the Box. I don’t have a lot of experience in the CrossFit realm as of yet since I just started and I’ve only been to three classes. However Rich was/is very accommodating with regard to the on ramp for cross fit. The whole staff there really strives to make you a better person. Now if I could get my wife to go with me.

I’ve been working out at this box for almost 1 year. I didn’t realize how bad in shape I was until I started. Back then, I needed to pass a physical training test at my job, which I confess was barely passing at the time.

Within 2 months of training I passed the test with an excellent score and almost no difficulty. I must say all the instructors and the classes are great, but I want to give a special recognition to Coach Rich since I was able to achieve my goal thanks to his help. He is an excellent trainer, very dedicated, and great to work with.

I have improved significantly since working with him. He really knows what he is doing, and has this ability to know how much more you can give without hurting yourself, but always challenging you to help achieve your full potential. I love going to CrossFit Sabal Park because of the supportive environment from the trainers and trainees, it is a super fun time, the classes are effective, and gives you the confidence that you are being guided by real experts with real CrossFit competition experience. So it doesn’t matter what age you are, whether you are in good shape or not, or whatever your goals are.

I guarantee you will find what you need at this gym and always do One More Rep. Thanks for all the help. I hope to keep enjoying here for a long time and keep meeting new people to work out with in the process.

My husband and I have been going to this gym for just over 6 months & we love it! Since we have been there, we have both really grown in our strengths and also met some fantastic people. Coach Rich has made a HUGE impact on both of our fitness levels. Rich is extremely knowledgable in Crossfit & does an excellent job of teaching, safe fitness. He also is wonderful at identifying each members personal goals & provides them the foundation in order for each individual to reach their achievements. I’ve been to a few boxes in the area and found a solid place to call home at Sabal Park / One More Rep. The coaches are all very encouraging – no matter what your skill level or experience. They will push to get the best out of you and remind you that you are always working to progressing (even when you feel like you’re not at your best). Greatest box around and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
