In our CrossFit classes, elements of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, sprinting, rowing and jumping are all combined into one program to help you achieve elite fitness. This is the only program capable of simultaneously developing your endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.

We understand that group classes aren’t for everyone. Some benefit more in a one-on-one atmosphere. Some have specific objectives that aren’t always met in the class programming. Perhaps you’ve reached an athletic plateau or you are not be making the type of progress you would like to be making. If any of these are something you can relate to, then consider joining us for a personal training session.
CrossFit Sabal Park is home to Bay Area Weightlifting Team. Bay Area Weightlifting is a USA Weightlifting sanctioned program and a part of the Florida Weightlifting Federation. The team meets 5 days per week, with the goal of bettering themselves in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. We attend many of the local weightlifting meets and competitions throughout the year.
