When I was growing up I never really was into fitness. I played some sports like baseball and football but never took anything seriously until I was in college. I bounced around majors until I found Exercise Science and Kinesiology and once I started learning about fitness and nutrition I applied it to my life. It got to the point where I was always looking for a new challenge and slowly but surely it became a passion of mine! This obsession for finding new challenges led me to CrossFit and I never looked back! Once I saw what it could do for me and my life I wanted to help others feel amazing in their own skin and have the confidence to know that they can accomplish hard things through hard work!
My turning point came when I was 24. I was in college and was out at the bars with a few buddies of mine. This was at a point where I’d let myself go to the extreme and at the end of the night I was the only guy without a lady on his arm. My friends were leaner guys and I was quite heavy so I figured if I wanted to be seen as attractive to ladies I needed to be skinny so I decided to dive hard into fitness and nutrition and slowly I found it was something I actually enjoyed and it set me on the fitness path that I am on today and I’m healthier because of it!
My motivation for coaching is to help people change their lives through fitness and to be the best version of themselves!
