Olympic Weightlifting

Interested in stepping on the platform or just want to get better at moving a barbell? We offer beginner -friendly to advanced olympic weightlifting programs. You’ll learn the fine points of the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk as well as supplemental movements to make you stronger in both lifts.

CrossFit Kids

The Crossfit Sabal Park Kids Program focuses on having fun, teaching kids to move their bodies, and developing the love for a challenge. Kids learn proper mechanics and consistency in a safe, supportive, and structured environment.
