Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

Sabal Park Weightlifting prepares those interested in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting to compete at all levels of competition. Coach Sara Campbell has produced lifters that have competed at the local, national and international level as well as a number of talented youth lifters.

At CrossFit Sabal Park, we have created an individual design program to facilitate athletes in meeting their fitness goals. The Sabal Park Program Design is for those who want access to high quality coaching in the pursuit of their personal goals. Your coach will put you through you a variety of baseline measurements to determine your strength, mobility, and overall level of fitness. Once the assessment period is complete, your coach will have the information needed to develop an entirely individualized plan that is tracked through a software program accessed on your phone. All of your workouts will be monitored via FitBot. Through this program you will update your coach on your workout scores, and even lifestyle and nutrition factors, to help your coach develop a program that best suits you.
