Some have specific objectives that aren’t always met in the class programming. Or perhaps you’ve reached a plateau or would like to make more defined progress.
Personal training at CrossFit Sabal Park is designed to help you reach your fitness and health goals in a one-on-one or small group environment. We can customize a program specific to your needs and goals.
One of our coaches will meet with you to assess where you are at currently and where you want to get to and create a plan that is right for you. We can also offer nutritional support and lifestyle coaching to really help hone in on your needs and goals.
We offer packages of one or 10 sessions in 30-minute and one-hour increments depending on your goals, time, and budget.
